Partnership Business Development Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

About the role

The Partnership Business Development Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor will lead efforts to acquire and manage partnerships for AMI Life, focusing on business and proposition partners. This role involves market research, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire partnership opportunities for AMI Life, including business and proposition partners.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients such as life agents and corporate partners.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain and share client information with internal teams, supporting strategic goals.
• Prepare target reports, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Supervise scheduled tasks, ensure quality compliance, and manage team income levels.
• Report monthly and quarterly progress to stakeholders and coordinate workflow processes.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance field, preferably in sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of business development, sales management, and performance evaluation.
• Experience managing a business development team and facilitating presentations.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate Diploma.
