Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives, dealer engagement, exhibitions, events, CSR projects, and related operational activities. This role ensures that all marketing programs are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with the company’s overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned marketing campaigns and promotional activities, supporting overall marketing plans.
• Plan, manage, and oversee company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events, including booth setup, branding, logistics, and post‑event reporting.
• Maintain effective communication with dealers, support dealer‑focused promotions, and gather market feedback for the Marketing Manager.
• Assist in the planning, logistics, communication, and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, obtain quotations, monitor performance, and maintain records of purchases.
• Oversee production of marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, banners, signage, POSM, and event items, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Support public relations activities, coordinate press materials, corporate communications, and help maintain a consistent corporate image.
• Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities, expenses, and project progress, and prepare regular activity updates and reports.
