Junior QC Technician – Quality Control (RBO Production)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior QC Technician to join our RBO Production team at the Thilawa Development Zone. The role involves performing quality inspections and sampling of raw materials, semi‑finished and finished products in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections of online raw materials, semi‑finished products and finished products.
• Perform sampling of raw materials, semi‑finished products, finished products and imported materials following established procedures.
• Inspect incoming materials such as rice, broken rice and finished products.
• Maintain accurate daily inspection records, original documents and reports.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and related activities are carried out safely.
• Follow QC procedures, SOPs, quality standards and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; any experience in QC or laboratory work in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of food safety, quality standards and GMP.
• Willingness to work in a production/factory environment and on rotating shifts.
