Junior Internal Auditor – Retail & SOP Audit

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Internal Auditor to support retail shop audits and SOP compliance reviews. Working under the guidance of senior auditors, you will help ensure that our retail operations adhere to company policies and internal control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audits at retail shops and branch locations.
• Verify employee compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Execute audit testing according to predefined audit programs.
• Collect, organize, and document audit evidence.
• Support senior auditors in identifying risks and control weaknesses.
• Prepare audit working papers, checklists, and clear findings.
• Follow up on audit findings when required.
• Travel to retail sites and other business locations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting, or a related area (fresh graduates with strong interest are also considered).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, SOPs and audit procedures.
• Strong willingness to learn, work in the field, and travel to various locations.
• Good communication, teamwork, honesty and responsibility.
