IT Support

About the role

The IT Support professional will install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals across the company. The role involves providing timely technical assistance to end‑users both in person and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, responding promptly to service issues.
• Repair or replace equipment as needed and test new technology.
• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and related applications.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on identity management, network infrastructure, and hardware/software components.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
• Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Network fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs and network protocols.
• Technical problem‑solving and logical thinking.
