IT Solutions Coordinator

About the role

The IT Solutions Coordinator will act as a bridge between business units and technology vendors, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support of applications across multiple sectors. This role involves assessing solutions, managing contracts, coordinating integrations, and delivering training to empower business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run assessments of applications with vendors before implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items and track progress.
• Assist project stakeholders with documentation and follow‑ups.
• Support Solutions Managers in contract preparation and negotiations.
• Lead communication between business units and vendors to resolve support issues.
• Gather and lock down business requirements to define project scope.
• Coordinate system configuration and integrations across multiple vendors.
• Produce customized reports and use data for business insights.
• Deliver tailored training to business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience with documentation management and project‑management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
