Investment Associate & Senior Investment Analyst – Investment Team

About the role

Join a leading diversified group as part of its expanding Investment team. The positions provide direct exposure to senior investment decision‑makers and involve evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments across a broad portfolio of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial and investment models.
• Conduct valuation, financial and commercial due diligence, and feasibility studies.
• Perform market and industry analysis to support investment appraisal.
• Prepare investment materials and recommendations for senior management and Investment Committee review.
• For the Associate role, lead valuation and due‑diligence workstreams, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors, and assess investment returns and risks.

Required profile

• Investment Analyst: 2–5 years of experience in Big Four Transaction Advisory, Deals, Corporate Finance, Valuation or Due Diligence.
• Investment Associate: 6–10 years of experience in Big Four Deals/Transaction Advisory, investment banking, private equity, corporate development or investment advisory.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or MBA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.

• Due‑diligence and market research capabilities.
