Assistant Manager – Settlement, Dispute & Reconciliation

About the role

Join our growing Digital Financial Services team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management across the uabpay payment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes for uabpay transactions.
• Monitor transaction flows, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle payment disputes, chargebacks, and transaction‑related inquiries according to operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, payment partners, merchants, and external stakeholders on settlement and reconciliation matters.
• Review and maintain reconciliation reports, operational records, and settlement documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and risk controls while supporting regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fintech operations, payment operations, settlement, reconciliation, or dispute management.
• Strong understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle, settlement processes, and reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
