Import License Executive – TradeNet 2 Specialist

About the role

The Import License Executive will manage import license applications via the MOC TradeNet 2 system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. This position works closely with finance, logistics, procurement, warehouse teams and customs brokers to keep the import process smooth and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and monitor import license applications through MOC TradeNet 2.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, HS codes, permits and certificates.
• Coordinate with government authorities to track application status.
• Liaise with logistics, procurement, finance, warehouse, customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain licensing records and generate regular compliance reports.
• Ensure adherence to all import regulations and government requirements.
• Work with finance on customs duties, taxes and related payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in import/export, trade documentation, licensing or compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with MOC TradeNet 2 is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
