Human Resources Information System Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Information System Supervisor to lead the management and optimisation of our HRIS platform. The role ensures accurate employee data, supports payroll and attendance processes, and drives digital HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS databases, employee records, and system configurations.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS functionalities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve payroll and system discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance.
• Supervise attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data within the system.
• Provide HRIS user support to HR teams and other departments.
• Implement access controls, approval workflows, and maintain documentation and user guides.
• Communicate system changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in HR digital transformation projects and coordinate with IT and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Global HR, Better HR, QHRM).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
