About the role
This full‑time, on‑site HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) position in Yangon will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various functions within MDG, while also supporting employee data management and HR reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain recruitment records, support onboarding and ensure accurate employee data in HR systems.
- Assist with HR reporting, manpower planning, employer branding and other operational HR tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in FMCG or distribution sector is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
