Agency Recruitment Manager

About the role

Manulife is looking for a results-driven Agency Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end Agency recruitment and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates. The role drives recruitment strategies, events, referrals, lead generation, candidate engagement and conversion, working closely with Agency Leaders, Managers and Training. It suits someone passionate about talent attraction and Agency growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Agency recruitment plans aligned with agency targets and business growth.
• Identify target candidate segments and design sourcing strategies.
• Create recruitment events, career talks and campaigns, and manage them from planning through conversion.
• Drive referral activation across the Agency force and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates.
• Consolidate leads from events, referrals, digital channels, social media, career fairs and walk-ins, track progress and follow up promptly.
• Guide candidates from interest through commitment and into the licensing process, monitoring conversion at each stage.
• Partner with Training for a smooth handover to licensing training.
• Track recruitment performance, prepare regular pipeline and conversion reports, and use data to improve sourcing and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, Agency development, insurance distribution, sales/business development or talent acquisition.
• Preferred: experience in life insurance or Agency distribution, and experience managing recruitment events, campaigns, pipelines or referral programs.
