Head of Operations – Nay Pyi Taw

About the role

Global Technology Group is looking for a proactive Head of Operations to lead its Nay Pyi Taw branch. The role will serve as the company’s key representative in the capital, driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage administration, operational activities and cross‑functional coordination.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Represent the company at meetings, official events and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets and operational KPIs while ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop, motivate and lead a high‑performing regional team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in branch management, operations, administration or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Established professional network and understanding of the Nay Pyi Taw market.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, ICT or service industries is a strong advantage.
