Report Engineer

About the role

The Report Engineer prepares, analyses, and maintains telecom project reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely information for project and management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.
• Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Monitor project KPIs, progress, and performance against targets.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.
• Automate and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with project and functional teams to collect and verify required data.
• Provide data analysis and reporting support to management and project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and data visualisation.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Telecom or project‑based industry experience is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
