Wireless Broadband & Product Senior Manager

About the role

The Wireless Broadband & Product Senior Manager reports to the Head of Consumer and leads the Wireless Broadband (WBB) portfolio within the Consumer Marketing division. The role focuses on driving revenue, subscriber growth, and customer experience while overseeing the VIP program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategy to meet revenue and subscriber targets for WBB products.
• Plan, forecast, and generate revenue for starter and renewal packs.
• Create business cases for new ideas and design digital customer experiences across all touch points.
• Design and manage CVM programs to maximize customer value, retention, and monetization.
• Conduct consumer insight research, monitor competition, and track product health.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align actions and launch new sales channels.
• Identify product performance issues and implement improvement plans.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the team while handling special assignments.
• Monitor VIP programs, analyze competitor campaigns, and adjust initiatives based on market trends.
• On‑board partners for loyalty programs and provide performance insights.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2C product development within the telecom industry.
• Proven track record in product portfolio and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of consumer analytics, market research, and pricing strategies.
• Project management experience overseeing multiple teams and vendors.
• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
