Full-Time English Teacher

About the role

Kids&Us is seeking a full‑time English teacher to deliver its proven methodology to young learners. You will be responsible for guiding children from age 1 onward through engaging, immersive English lessons while ensuring their progress and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Complete online Kids&Us training within set deadlines and attend additional training as required.
• Teach classes and demos following the Kids&Us Method and teaching guides.
• Monitor student attendance, audio usage, progress tests, and report any incidents to the School Academic Coordinator or Management.
• Provide regular progress updates to parents via the My Classroom tool and prepare reports at the end of each term.
• Conduct individual parent‑teacher meetings in coordination with the Academic Coordinator or Manager.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly internal meetings.
• Administer oral and placement tests for students and prospects.
• Prepare and deliver student materials as instructed.
• Assist in organizing school events such as Open Days, Storytimes, and Kids Weeks.
• Welcome prospects and support the sales team when needed.

Required profile

• Pedagogical bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience teaching English to young children is preferred.
• Ability to follow the Kids&Us Method and maintain high teaching standards.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
