Manager, Partnership Training

About the role

The Partnership Training Manager leads a team responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating complex training programs for the Distribution Department. The role ensures training aligns with business objectives and drives productivity, engagement and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and assess training plans, materials, procedures and visual aids that meet departmental goals.
• Conduct advanced training needs assessments and define requirements for new program development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize training needs and monitor effectiveness.
• Partner with managers to apply learned skills on the job and recommend coaching reinforcement.
• Lead training projects, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery for the Distribution Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, education or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of managerial experience in training, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership, hiring, coaching and performance‑feedback experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Proven ability to balance workloads, manage stakeholder relationships and drive process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and project‑management abilities.
