Facilities Manager (Administration)

About the role

The Facilities Manager (Administration) oversees all property and utilities functions across branches and the head office, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and cost‑effective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to properties and utilities, including contracts and insurance documentation.
• Prepare work orders, schedule timely maintenance, and monitor execution.
• Produce regular reports on building maintenance issues and update schedules.
• Oversee architectural design reviews to align with bank standards.
• Coordinate project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third‑party service providers.
• Supervise CCTV system monitoring and maintenance.
• Lead engineering support for M&E systems, including generators, air‑conditioning, and electrical equipment inspections.
• Ensure all scheduled maintenance is performed as planned.
• Manage the M&E team and provide technical assistance for troubleshooting and repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in property and utilities administration or management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English.
• Negotiation and vendor‑management experience.
