Educational Sales Consultant

About the role

The Educational Sales Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon, focused on guiding prospective students and families toward Singapore‑based educational programmes. You will conduct consultations, explain admission processes, and support applicants through each enrollment stage.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students and families to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable Singapore programmes.
• Conduct consultations, explain admission requirements, follow up leads, and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Present services at events or information sessions and respond promptly to inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets while providing ethical, student‑centered advice.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with active listening ability.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Sales and consultative selling experience, including lead follow‑up, needs analysis, and closing enrollment opportunities.
• Interest and knowledge of education pathways, admission processes, and academic options.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
