Educational Consultant

About the role

Wall Street English is seeking an Educational Consultant to support student enrollment, renewals, and ensure a positive learning journey. The role combines sales, customer service, event coordination, and administrative duties while collaborating with academic teams.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge, deliver presentations, and close sales to meet targets.
• Prepare and execute monthly sales plans, maintain accurate records, and guide new students and parents.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents, report feedback, and distribute learning materials.
• Assist in event preparation, provide consultation at events, and support extracurricular activities.
• Manage school assets, handle cash collection, and maintain a tidy, safe environment.
• Foster teamwork between sales and academic teams and attend cross‑functional meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, both solo and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good time‑management skills.
