Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital communication efforts. You will drive brand engagement across online and offline channels, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute flexible digital marketing strategies aligned with both online and offline activities.
• Manage Facebook and other social media platforms, handling content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
• Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines and industry regulations.
• Optimize customer journeys and digital channels to boost traffic, brand awareness, and engagement.
• Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, and online communities to foster brand loyalty.
• Oversee private communication channels such as Telegram and Viber.
• Coordinate with creative teams to deliver premium visual communication.
• Manage digital agencies, vendors, and external partners for timely, quality delivery.
• Track digital performance, audience feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor digital spend, identify cost‑optimization opportunities, and report on ROI.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to recommend timely strategies.
• Support O2O marketing by linking online initiatives with offline promotions and activations.
• Assist the Head of Marketing with on‑ground activities and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in the beverage or tobacco industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in O2O marketing.
• Strong analytical and consumer research abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage agencies, vendors, and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project‑management skills.
