Activation Coordinator

About the role

The Activation Coordinator will support field operations, campaign execution and coordination with BA Leaders and field teams. This role ensures smooth daily workflows and brand standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational workflows between the Activation Executive and field-level BAs.
• Assist in campaign preparation, including briefing materials, promotional stock distribution, and event schedules.
• Track and evaluate field team performance, attendance, and stock usage reports.
• Monitor on‑site execution to ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Resolve operational issues and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies and support event execution when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, brand activation, trade marketing or event management.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends when required.
• Fluent in written and spoken Burmese.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
