About the role

The Activation Executive will lead brand activations, roadshows, in‑store promotions and events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and deliver strong consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute brand activations, roadshows, in‑store promotions and events.
  • Coordinate with promoters, merchandisers, vendors and agencies for smooth execution.
  • Set up and display branding materials and POSM correctly at activation sites.
  • Collect sales data, photos and customer feedback during activations.
  • Ensure promoters follow brand guidelines, scripts and activation standards.
  • Support product sampling and consumer engagement activities.
  • Maintain activation tools, stocks and materials.
  • Be flexible to work long hours, weekends and travel when required.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in brand activation, marketing or event execution.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and organizational abilities.
