Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for the company's retail and food brands. Based on‑site in Mingala Taungnyunt, the role works closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cross‑channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage social media accounts, create content calendars and oversee day‑to‑day community engagement.
• Monitor, analyse and report on website traffic, campaign performance and key metrics using web analytics tools.
• Optimise campaigns through SEO/SEM, paid media and lead‑generation initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to align digital activities with overall marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and stay up‑to‑date with digital trends to recommend innovative tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns for retail, FMCG or consumer brands.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
