Condo Acquisition Manager

About the role

Global Technology Group is seeking a motivated Condo Acquisition Manager to lead the growth of its residential portfolio in Myanmar. You will identify, evaluate, and secure new condominium and residential development opportunities while building lasting partnerships with developers and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across condominiums, residential developments, and housing projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, management committees, and property management teams.
• Lead negotiations and business discussions to secure project opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential residential projects and provide regular updates on acquisition progress.
• Conduct market research to spot upcoming property developments and monitor competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address business and operational requirements during acquisition.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, real estate, or property management.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into business partnerships.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in telecommunications, internet services, real estate, or property development is a plus.
