Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Student Recruitment will drive the growth of GEDU's study‑abroad programmes by building new partnerships and supporting enrolment targets. You will work closely with recruiting agencies, educational partners and internal teams to maximise student intake and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and training providers.
• Assist the team in achieving recruitment targets for each intake.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and market data to improve services and product positioning.
• Support programme managers to maximise enrolments and provide training to new partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with executives to develop cost‑effective strategies and negotiate deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Ability to travel as needed and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
