Business Development Manager (Local Only)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive sales and contract acquisition for our client‑facing projects, focusing on the Power, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors. This position requires strong negotiation skills with government bodies and multinational corporations, as well as the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and contract targets through proactive prospecting and deal closure.
• Negotiate and manage technical and commercial terms (MOU, MOA, PPA) with government entities and MNCs.
• Lead business development, commercial, operations, technical feasibility, and project management activities.
• Develop and implement strategic master plans to secure competitive advantages.
• Monitor and coordinate project managers across multiple initiatives.
• Prepare project proposals, presentations, and maintain key partner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in the Power, Oil & Gas or Infrastructure sectors, preferably with an MNC or reputable company.
• Proven track record of leading functional teams and delivering consistent results.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with diversified, international teams.
