Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Myanmar Oasis Manufacturing, ensuring a strong market presence and alignment with business objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to deliver consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that support business goals.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform brand decisions.
• Plan, launch and monitor brand campaigns across digital, offline and trade channels.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and production to ensure consistent brand identity on packaging, advertising and promotional materials.
• Oversee brand performance metrics, prepare periodic reports and recommend adjustments.
• Manage external agencies or vendors and ensure timely delivery of brand assets.
• Support senior leadership with brand‑related presentations and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, positioning and development.
• Proven experience in marketing planning and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, competitors and industry trends.
• Excellent project‑management skills with a focus on planning, prioritisation and cross‑functional coordination.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yangon with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach.
