About the role
The company is seeking an Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor to lead sales initiatives, improve processes and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and drive process improvements in the sales workflow.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing communications teams for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and escalations.
- Monitor and enhance customer interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare regular sales reports with KPIs, achievements and improvement areas.
- Work with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure policy compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Preferable knowledge of insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results‑driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ethical, compliance‑focused and adaptable to a dynamic industry.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and willingness to travel.
