Administrator, Client Management

About the role

The Administrator, Client Management provides accurate and timely administrative and operational support to the Client Growth Management team. The role coordinates client onboarding, account maintenance, claims, sales administration, reporting and trade‑marketing documentation to ensure reliable client service and compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing code creation requests, claims submissions and related system transactions.
• Support client onboarding, account setup and ongoing maintenance, monitoring updates and escalating issues.
• Coordinate sales‑related activities, claims processing and resource allocations for assigned clients.
• Prepare regular reports, trade‑marketing activities and scheme communications to help achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Process staff sales orders and Free‑of‑Charge (FOC) requests for business and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales administration, client support, customer service or commercial operations.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in the local language and preferably English, both written and spoken.
