Administration & Planning Lead

About the role

The Administration & Planning Lead will support the Corporate Business Department by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow across all business units. This position plays a key role in data collection, reporting, and maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the corporate business team, including document preparation, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
• Collect and organize data from all business units and branches, creating reports for the Head of Corporate Business.
• Arrange department‑related meetings, take notes, and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
• Prepare approval documents and maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and other critical files.
• Develop and update business workflow procedures and related documentation.
• Calculate sales incentives and referral fees, and generate regular sales performance reports.
• Monitor compliance of business units and branches with established guidelines and directives.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sales administration tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or in a similar role.
• Experience in the life insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyse sales data and generate clear reports.
