Accountant

About the role

The Accountant will support the finance team by handling order billing, cash‑on‑delivery (COD) reconciliation, and daily deposit reporting. This role ensures accurate fee calculations, loss compensation checks, and provides data for financial analysis across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with order billing processes, including delivery fee calculations and COD collection reports.
• Verify bus gate fee documents and reconcile them with COD transaction lists.
• Match tracking IDs with COD amounts to ensure accurate collection per order.
• Reconcile daily deposits from all locations and generate remittance reports.
• Check damage and loss compensation amounts for shippers.
• Control COD change forms and follow up with relevant teams.
• Generate revenue and volume reports by location for financial analysis.
• Support the development and improvement of accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Perform other accounting duties and assist junior staff as needed.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports or tasks requested by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong teamwork attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing directions.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
