Visa Administrator

About the role

The Visa Administrator will support students applying to study abroad by managing university and visa applications, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth pre‑departure processes. This role works closely with universities, students, and internal teams to deliver reliable visa support.

Key responsibilities

• Submit university admission and visa applications on behalf of students and their parents.
• Follow up with university admissions offices to track application progress.
• Collect and verify additional documents requested by universities.
• Advise students on required visa documentation according to checklists.
• Assist with tuition payment processes and orientation/pre‑departure arrangements.
• Maintain and update enrollment data records.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings and airport pick‑up services for students.
• Arrange notary and translation services for visa documents.
• Guide students through the entire visa application journey.
• Support foreign colleagues with related administrative matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in an administrative assistant role within a large international organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
