Student Service & Administration Manager

About the role

The Student Service & Administration Manager oversees daily student service operations across multiple campuses, ensuring smooth enrollment processes, effective issue resolution, and continuous improvement of student retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day student service activities on all campuses.
• Monitor re‑enrollment, drop‑out, transfer, class expiry, and overall student affairs.
• Analyze retention data together with the Retention & Data Analyst and implement improvement actions.
• Handle escalated student/parent complaints, coordinate with academic departments, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs for student services and administration.
• Supervise admin and student service teams, providing coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee campus facilities, teaching materials, inventory, procurement, and expense control.
• Coordinate new center setups, campus renovations, and support offline marketing events.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments and prepare monthly operational reports for management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in administration, operations, student service, or customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing a team.
• Experience managing multiple campuses or branches is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, data analysis, and coordination abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different campuses or regions as needed.
