Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to coordinate hiring procedures, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive experience for all applicants. The role supports the recruitment of junior to mid‑level positions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, talent databases and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial phone or video assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview process: liaise with candidates and hiring managers, schedule interviews, send calendar invites, book rooms and arrange virtual meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a professional experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data and generate recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
