Supply Packaging Operator

About the role

The Supply Packaging Operator is responsible for running packaging equipment to meet production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness in a beverage manufacturing environment. The role is suitable for recent graduates and individuals with a technical background in electrical, mechanical, or food science disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines efficiently to achieve daily output goals.
• Perform first‑line maintenance according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment standards.
• Conduct quality checks on the packaging process to meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, keeping equipment tidy and organized.

Required profile

• B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), GTC (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma in Food Science/Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to read and understand manuals and operational instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours.
• Knowledge of ISO and OSHA regulations.
• Strong manual dexterity, energetic attitude, and teamwork orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driving license.
