Head of Manufacturing Excellence

About the role

The Head of Manufacturing Excellence will lead the company’s manufacturing transformation across the country, ensuring optimal plant performance, safety, quality and cost efficiency. This senior position partners with QSE, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Logistics to embed Lean, continuous improvement and digital innovation throughout the production network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Manufacturing Excellence strategy aligned with the Business Plan and Supply Chain priorities.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, maintenance excellence and operational excellence across all sites.
• Optimize cost, productivity, asset utilization, production efficiency and plan compliance.
• Lead capability building initiatives, including multiskilling, automation, digitalization and innovation.
• Manage capital expenditure for improvement projects and ensure compliance with TCCC, GMP, food safety, occupational health, safety and environmental standards.
• Apply structured problem‑solving to root‑cause issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Support supply planning, engineering and supply chain leadership with strategic improvement analyses.
• Oversee financial analysis, operating budgets, productivity initiatives and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional and virtual teams, fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations or operational excellence, preferably in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale improvement programs and managing multi‑site manufacturing environments.
