Supply Packaging Operator

About the role

The Supply Packaging Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to meet production targets for a beverage product. The role ensures safe, efficient, and quality‑focused operation while supporting a clean and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform first‑line maintenance according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow Safety, Health, and Environment standards to ensure safe process operation.
• Conduct quality checks on the packaging process to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, keeping machines and equipment organized.

Required profile

• B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), GTC (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma in Food Science/Science Major, or equivalent.
• Packaging experience preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals and operational instructions.
• Willingness to work different and extended hours.
• Knowledge of ISO and OSHA regulations.
• Good manual dexterity and computer proficiency.
• Energetic, trustworthy, and eager to learn.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
