Supply Packaging Operator

About the role

The Supply Packaging Operator is responsible for running packaging equipment to meet production targets for a beverage line. The role involves operating machines, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring that all packaged products meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment efficiently to achieve daily output goals.
• Carry out first‑line maintenance according to standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to guarantee product compliance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring machines are maintained in proper condition.

Required profile

• B.Tech or GTC in Electrical/Mechanical, or a Diploma in Food Science/Science.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to read manuals and operational instructions for various packaging machines.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours.
• Knowledge of ISO and OSHA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Valid driving licence and good verbal and written communication abilities.
