Software Sales Representative

About the role

The Software Sales Representative will identify and prospect new clients, nurture key accounts, and drive revenue growth for our software solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns and requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Key Account Manager in market research, sales strategy development and opportunity identification.
• Provide regular sales activity reports to the Key Account Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing key client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM and sales‑management software.
