Draught Expansion Manager

About the role

The Draught Expansion Manager will drive profitable nationwide draught growth by leading outlet acquisition, optimizing early outlet performance, and strengthening exclusivity through data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern the acquisition team to achieve outlet acquisition targets aligned with on‑trade growth priorities.
• Maximise performance of newly acquired outlets by monitoring sales, customer feedback and operational efficiency during the first 3–6 months.
• Collaborate with frontline and RTC to identify and acquire potential draught outlets.
• Ensure disciplined draught usage tracking and contract management with the contract list team.
• Conduct strategic competitor analysis to uncover acquisition opportunities and enhance market presence.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on trade performance, market insights and growth opportunities.
• Adapt to changing market dynamics and unforeseen challenges within the modern on‑trade sector.
• Continuously seek nationwide draught expansion opportunities while maintaining communication with the Outlet Acquisition Executive.

Required profile

• Any graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of consultative selling experience in FMCG or the beer industry.
• In‑depth understanding of the modern on‑trade channel (bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.).
• Willingness to take extra workload and work under pressure.
• Self‑motivation to meet and exceed goals in a fast‑paced environment.
