Software Sales Manager – Yangon

About the role

ShopDoora is seeking a Software Sales Manager to lead its software sales efforts in Yangon. This contract, on‑site position will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help drive growth in Myanmar’s technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective software clients and conduct product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
• Monitor market trends, represent ShopDoora at local events and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing and support teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software sales, SaaS or related business development roles.
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation and deal‑closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Myanmar language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Yangon and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Adaptable, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced market.
