Software Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Software Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition, nurture key accounts and expand our software services portfolio. The role combines prospecting, relationship management and strategic planning to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and partners to generate repeat business.
• Develop and implement strategies that increase the value of our software services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales activities and client status.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements with vendors and clients.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to support smooth deployment.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 6‑7 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in software sales.
• Proven track record in managing key client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and travel as required.
