Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior System Engineer to join our technical team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure with a strong focus on high‑availability solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain hardware and software components of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Implement and manage high‑availability clusters using Red Hat technologies and Pacemaker.
• Automate system deployment, configuration and operations with Ansible, Terraform or similar tools.
• Perform Linux system administration, including configuration, management and troubleshooting.
• Produce clear technical documentation and regular status reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders and clients.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver production‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in hardware and system implementation.
• Solid experience with Linux administration, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Pacemaker HA clustering.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Good documentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Understanding of virtualization, storage and networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage project‑based deliverables.
