Senior Specialist, Agency Distribution Training

About the role

Manulife is looking for a Senior Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for its agency force. The role focuses on product knowledge, licensing, sales techniques and other essential learning initiatives to support agency performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver product knowledge, agent licensing and sales training across the agency network.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses to keep content relevant and effective.
• Maintain and analyse training data, reporting on program success rates and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor industry training trends and incorporate best practices into curriculum design.
• Manage training feedback, assess performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support audit activities, report compliance risks and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong background in the full training design and implementation cycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated integrity, credibility and a strong work ethic.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Preferred: 3+ years of training experience within a financial institution.
