Senior Specialist – Agency Distribution Training

About the role

Manulife is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead agency distribution training for its agency force. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve product knowledge, licensing, and sales training programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and deliver product knowledge, agent licensing, and sales training to agency teams.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses and update curriculum accordingly.
• Maintain accurate training data, reports, and records.
• Gather and act on training feedback to improve program quality.
• Support audit activities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with national laws, corporate ethics, and internal policies.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong background in financial services training (preferred 3+ years).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, credibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Customer‑service orientation.
