Senior Redressing Officer – Warehouse

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Senior Redressing Officer to oversee secondary repackaging operations in its warehouse. The role ensures compliance with GMP standards, manages deviations, and coordinates with quality and operations teams to maintain efficient and safe repackaging processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain GMP standards in secondary repackaging areas.
• Coordinate with Quality to manage deviations, non‑conformities, and product complaints, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure efficient operation of secondary repackaging and timely order handling.
• Verify availability and correctness of starting and packing materials and equipment.
• Prepare and review the Repackaging Batch Record (RBR) for each product batch.
• Receive products and packing materials, perform final reconciliation after repackaging.
• Conduct line clearance and demonstrate packaging procedures to repackaging staff.
• Perform in‑process controls according to defined frequencies.
• Reconcile product and packing material usage and complete the RBR.
• Execute post‑line clearance activities and inform QA of finished product inspection and release.
• Enforce gowning, personal hygiene, and SOP compliance for all personnel entering the area.
• Maintain premises and equipment in line with SOPs, ZP standards, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare monthly redressing log sheets for the Operations Manager.
• Accept additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of professional experience in transportation, receiving, dispatching, or logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality and safety standards such as 5S, GMP, GSDP, ISO, and Cold Chain Management.
• Experience handling secure documentation and contaminated product handling.
• Willingness to take on new assignments and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
