Senior Officer – Bancassurance Department

About the role

The Senior Officer in the Bancassurance Department will drive insurance sales across corporate banking channels. You will work closely with branch managers, relationship managers and insurance partners to meet B2B targets and expand product penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch managers, relationship managers and insurance partners to achieve sales targets.
• Support branches, RMs and partner representatives in daily business activities and promote insurance products to corporate customers.
• Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotional programs.
• Follow up with branches and RMs to meet assigned B2B corporate sales targets.
• Expand insurance penetration across existing corporate clients and acquire new business for life, health, group life, employee benefits and general insurance.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Corporate Banking RMs to generate quality insurance referrals.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, monitor performance and highlight gaps.
• Support branches and RMs in handling customer inquiries and resolve service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Bancassurance, Insurance Sales or Relationship Management.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with corporate clients and cross‑functional teams (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and customer relationship skills.
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Time‑management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of banking and insurance products.
