Senior New Business Operations Executive

About the role

The Senior New Business Operations Executive will manage end‑to‑end new business processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvement, digital transformation and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, tracking and delivery of operations projects, managing actions, timelines, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee operational data accuracy, governance, reporting readiness and data quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to process automation, system enhancements, workflow improvements and adoption of digital tools.
• Support team coordination, workload monitoring, coaching, knowledge sharing and performance follow‑up.
• Assist in managing operational change initiatives, including impact assessment, communication and training coordination.
• Provide hands‑on support for day‑to‑day business‑as‑usual operations to ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, insurance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in new business operations, underwriting coordination or process management.
• Proven experience in UAT, sanction screening and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with policy core systems.
• Knowledge of process‑improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Lean.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
