Senior Fleet Administration Executive

About the role

The Senior Admin Executive (Fleet) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day fleet administration. The role handles vehicle documentation, maintenance scheduling, fuel and mileage tracking, and coordination with drivers and logistics teams while ensuring compliance and efficient use of fleet resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily operation of approximately 10 company vehicles.
• Supervise and manage company drivers.
• Prepare and monitor driver duty rosters and assignments.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
• Monitor fuel consumption for each vehicle.
• Prepare monthly fleet cost reports and provide recommendations for cost reduction.

Required profile

• Graduated with a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (advantageous).
• At least 3 years of experience in fleet or related administration.
• Experience managing multiple vehicles and drivers.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and fleet cost control (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools with strong data‑entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yangon with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
